Gnat screen
Looking for a quality mesh fabric that will protect you from Noseeum biting flies? Our Noseeum netting has tiny holes (800 holes per sq inch) with a much denser weave to keep out the pesky, biting flies known as no-see-ums that are commonly found near water.
Privacy Glass Screen
This privacy screen is a laminated material commonly used in pool enclosures. Often installed around the bottom sections to keep out grass clippings and water. This is also used in sections of the pool enclosure for privacy as well.

Pet Screen is made of sturdy vinyl coated polyester which is 7 times stronger than the traditional fiberglass and aluminum screen mesh, and resistant to tears and damage that is caused by household pets.

sells pet doors are made of light, yet very durable plastic with a flexible swinging door that your pet can push open easily. Pet doors can be used with any screening product including pet screen and insect screening. Our pet door for sliding screen doors is easy to install and fits all screen doors, as well as many window screens. Our pet doors for sliding screen doors are available in sizes Large (12" x 16") and Small (8" x 10").

Flat Top
Flat top is just that, a completely flat surface for the roof with walls coming straight up to desired height then turning 90% to make the roof. This is one of the least desired plans but can still serve it's purpose when necessary, usually in case with no trees around and a large two-3 story home.
Mansard style
The mansard roof is the most popular screen enclosure roof. This style of roof slopes upward on all sides and has a flat, level midsection. Because of its design, the mansard seems more open than other roof styles and gives the impression of more space.
Gable
A gable roof, also known as an A-frame roof, has two sloping sides that create a triangle. This enclosure roof complements many homes in Florida because it shares the same roof design. It can stand alone and surround a pool or attach to an open patio that has a gable.
Sloped
Sloped roof style usually ill show one side of the pool closest to the home/structure to be the highest point, in which will slope to the outward wall structure at a low point with the roof be sloped downward.
Dome
Like the mansard, a dome roof creates a sense of open space. It also adds curbside appeal because of its gentle slope and architectural design.
Hip
A hip roof is similar to a gable, but sloped on all sides up to a peak. This style is useful in heavily-wooded areas where there are concerns about leaves and debris accumulating on the roof.

MEET THE OWNER: JORDAN STRADER
Jordan Strader has a passion for hands-on work. His entrepreneurial journey began at the young age of 16 when he launched his lawn care business. This venture thrived for nearly a decade, during which Jordan also ventured into the realms of construction and real estate. In 2009, he fully transitioned into the Real Estate and Construction sectors. By 2012, Jordan's expertise had grown to encompass full-scale home rehabilitations, successfully flipping over 500 homes. His real estate endeavors didn't go unnoticed as he rapidly ascended to become the leading agent in his brokerage and one of the foremost in the city. Today, while Jordan still engages in real estate, his primary focus is on managing his thriving construction business.
